- Légumes
- Nuts
- Wine
- Vegetables, esp. avocadoes

Deficiency:

- Decreased mental alertness
- Increase magnesium and copper requirements
- Decreased bone density
- Increased risk of prostate cancer

Excess:

- Vitamin B6 & B12 deficiency
- Diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting
- Anemia
- Dermatitis
- Reproductive organ abnormalities
- Edema, seizures, fatigue
